East End St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl 2013

THANK YOU TO THE OVER 700 PEOPLE THAT JOINED US FOR THE SECOND ANNUAL EAST END PUB CRAWL PRESENTED BY BUDWEISER! THE EVENT WAS AN ENORMOUS SUCCESS AND KEEPS GETTING BIGGER EVERY YEAR!

* In order to qualify, Crawlers had to “find” 5 hidden shamrocks by snapping and uploading each picture to Instagram using the hashtag #eepubcrawl. A total of 24 crawlers qualified to win the top 2 prizes. EEMS used the random number generator Random.org to fairly and properly draw the prize winners.

Last year, over 440 people registered and crawled around the streets of the East End during the first ever St. Patrick’s East End Pub Crawl. Building upon the wild success of last year’s event, we’ve added some key partners, including FOOTMAD (Friends of Old Time Music and Dance) to provide live, local music from some great Celtic bands. Also, the Shamrock Challenge is back again and we’re giving away an Apple iPad Mini for one lucky crawler who can “find” all 5 of our strategically placed shamrocks throughout the evening.  Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind event and an opportunity to continue the revitalization of Charleston’s oldest and most diverse business district.

Join us from 6 to 11 PM on Saturday, March 16 for our second annual East End St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl! Crawl between five East End pubs near the intersection of Washington St., East and Elizabeth Ave. and enjoy food and drink specials, live music, the shamrock challenge with a bunch of great prizes, a Pub Crawl T-shirt, and more!

This year, C&H Taxi is providing FREE cab rides from the East End to Downtown starting at 10 PM for any crawler wearing their East End Pub Crawl t-shirt. They will also run their city-wide Intoxi-Taxi service to any crawler needing a ride home (within a 15-mile radius) at no charge.
